FLAG FOOTBALL

This class teaches kids the fundamentals of flag football through basic skills such as throwing, catching, and
playing offense and defense. In this class the first half will consist of fun challenging drills and games and the second half a fun non-competitive football scrimmage! This class is great for young aspiring athletes.
